Privacy Policy

Applies to the Mass Downloader desktop app and the Mass Downloader browser extension · Last updated: October 22, 2026

1. The browser extension

• The extension shows a download button on video players. When you click it, it sends the address (URL) of that video page, the quality you chose and — for clips — the start and end time to the Mass Downloader app running on your own computer (http://127.0.0.1). This data never leaves your computer through the extension.
• The extension stores only its own settings in your browser: your default download quality and where you moved the download button.
• The extension does not read passwords, form data, messages or your browsing history, does not track you, shows no ads, and does not send anything to AutomatFlows or any third party.

2. The desktop app

• Downloads are made directly from the video website to your computer. Your links, file names and download history stay on your PC.
• To check your license, the app sends your license key, a hashed computer identifier and the app version to our license server (automatflows.com). Nothing else.
• If you choose the “cookies from browser” option, the app uses your browser’s cookies locally for that download only; they are not sent to us.

3. When you buy or request a trial

We receive the details you type into the order form — name, email and, if you give them, WhatsApp number or Telegram username — and payment status from the payment provider you choose. We use them only to deliver your license key, provide support and keep purchase records. We do not sell or share them for advertising.

4. Your choices

You can uninstall the extension or app at any time. To have your order or license data deleted, contact us and we will remove it unless we must keep it for legal or accounting reasons.
